Colour Chakras & Essential Oils in Alchemy
Using Colour Mirrors essences – a blend of colour energy and essential oils – to support our subtle energy body is one of my favourite ways to help empower Chakra balancing and enhance well-being holistically. I will give a brief overview of each chakra, tips on how to use oils to support each chakra and examples of my favourite combo of oils to support you on your chakra healing journey. Containing so many incredible constituents, most, if not all, can be used for multiple applications.
What I am sharing here relates to my personal and professional experience with clients. Overview
The human energy system has 7 main chakras or energy centres, running along the spinal column, beginning at the base of the spine and weaving upwards to the crown of the head. These energy centres correlate to physical and subtle energetic aspects of the human, governing physical and subtle energy in particular areas of the body. “There are many definitions of chakra, but they all evolve from the Sanskrit meaning of the word: “wheel of light.” Most authorities agree that chakras are subtle energy centres that are located at the main branchings of the nervous system. They serve as collection and transmission centres for both subtle, or metaphysical, energy and concrete, or biophysical, energy.”
Simply defined: “A chakra is a circular-shaped energy body that directs life energy for physical and spiritual well-being.”
We can use essential oils with the intention of healing, and apply that intention to any area of our body. The actual oils themselves hold powerful chemical constituents that affect the physical and energetic systems of our bodies. Coupled with the power of our intention for healing, release, acceptance, peace, joy, etc. the oils support us on both the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes of existence.
Mini Chakra Set
Colour Mirrors Chakra oils have long been popular for supporting the physical body. This mini set enables you to have all 8 of the Chakra oils (C1-C8) in one portable package. General Usage Suggestions
One of the ways when Aromatherapy in alchemy with Colour Therapy is most effective is when focusing on pulse points. - Apply to palms and inhale (aromatic)
- Apply to pulse points ~ wrists, inside of elbows, behind ears, etc. (topical)
